The view enjoyed by the living room is wide open, mainly because it’s above the intersection of two channels. The bathroom is fully equipped a tub with shower and a washing machine. The recently reformed kitchen is fully equipped, and is complete with dishwasher and oven.

The apartment is in Cannaregio district, near Strada Nova, one of the major streets in Venice, that connects the railway station to Rialto and San Marco. Its central position makes it ideal to roam the town: all major points of interest – Rialto bridge, San Marco square, the Jewish Ghetto – are within a 20 minutes walk.
